How to create a memorable event

When planning any event, you know the pressure is on you to make the event memorable and entertaining. It can be stressful, and you want to do the best job to ensure that people are singing your praises when the occasion is over. Most importantly, you want everyone to have a good time and leave with a smile!

The process of making your event memorable and giving everyone a story to tell can seem overwhelming. Planning an event is a lot of pressure, but I promise you if you look at what I recommend here and follow my advice, you will already be well on your way to planning a fantastic event!

1. Hire entertainment and do it early

One of the best things you can do is hire entertainment early in your planning stages; no matter what else needs to be planned, your guests will need entertainment; the last thing you want is to plan out everything else and then at the last minute struggle for entertainment.

Booking entertainment early also means that you have already won half the battle; your guests will be able to get by without catering or a karaoke bar, but without entertainment, all that happens is a bunch of people who don't like karaoke sitting around the board and wondering what time is acceptable to leave.

2. What kind of entertainment is right for your event?

Getting the right entertainment is the key to making your event memorable. It would be best if you had something that will set you apart from others and stand out in the minds of your guests. Depending on your event, you could go through many different options for entertainment, singers, dancing, and Caricature artists. All are a good fit depending on the event you have in mind, but not all will fit every occasion. Since you aim to have your entertainment booked early, I recommend finding a magician.

Your event will evolve as time passes, and you don't want the event you end up with to no longer match the entertainment you already have booked. A magician is very flexible and can adapt to fit into any situation, meaning you can book a magician first thing and then. Keep them updated on changes as you make them, or give them a week before the event, and what more memorable form of entertainment can you think of than people witnessing magic right in front of them and with their own eyes?

3. Make your event the thing to talk about for years to come

Finally, one of the best ways to ensure that people keep talking about your event and look back on it for months and even years to come is to make sure you get excellent photography, the photos that people will proudly share and tell stories about what is happening in the photo,

this will encourage people to share stories and allow them to reflect on the event and the memories they made.

The only thing you need to be careful of here is making sure the pictures stand out and immediately spark that memory and discussion. For example, if the only entertainment you go for is a dance floor and a DJ when they look back on that picture or show it around, there's no story there; the picture could have been taken anywhere!

A magician helps with this. The moment they see a picture of themselves with a coin or a deck of cards in their hand or even just laughing near a magician, it will bring up a memory of what happened along with a story to tell and look back on fondly! What more could you want?

The only thing left for you to do now is start planning your event and book the magician in. You can contact me here, or you can contact me at this number: 07983875183. If you have any questions about anything at all,and I'll be happy to help.
